d25b8b2a55 Create SPIFFS image and flash it. 
mkspiffs is added to create SPIFFS image from directory with files.
Build process changed to flash SPIFFS image if necessary

6eceb5843c OTA: Move OTA-aware Cache_Read_Enable to core
