catborise	87e4de77bb	chore(deps): patch and minor updates of pinned and vendored libraries ... psycopg 3.3.8, ruff 0.17.4; Chart.js 4.6.1, Ace 1.45.2 (its XML mode and worker are unchanged) and Bootstrap Icons 1.13.2 (font and stylesheet). django-bootstrap5 26.4 and coverage 7.17.2 need Python 3.11 and stay at 26.3 and 7.16.2 while Python 3.10 is supported.
