catborise 8b7b7bdc3e test(instances): the live LVM test confirms erasing the device it pools 
The New pool form asks for the erase confirmation on a logical pool since
the storage pages were redone; the live test's pool request lacked it, so
the pool was never created and both LVM tests failed in setUp.
