catborise a8725ee325 test(auth): reject unexpected failures in the authorization matrix ... The matrix client swallowed exceptions, so a view that crashed counted as "denied". Requests now raise; a 500 is accepted only when it is the fixture's deliberate libvirt connection failure, which the exception middleware marks in the template context.
