catborise 057aabca1f build: Tom Select replaces bootstrap-multiselect ... The create wizard's image and network pickers use Tom Select 2.6.2 (its Bootstrap 5 theme and checkbox list), which does not need jQuery; bootstrap-multiselect calls $.isArray, which jQuery 4 removed.
