docs(readme): say which packages come from the distro

The virtualenv takes libvirt-python and python-ldap from the distro
when they satisfy conf/requirements.txt, and builds them otherwise.

The virtualenv is created with `--system-site-packages`: `libvirt-python` and `python-ldap` come from the distro packages when their version satisfies `conf/requirements.txt`; otherwise pip builds them, which needs the `-dev`/`-devel` packages listed below. Everything else, including `lxml`, comes from pip.
### Secret key
`webvirtcloud/settings.py` reads `SECRET_KEY` from the `SECRET_KEY` environment variable, falling back to the `data/secret_key` file (the `data/` directory is gitignored). The steps below generate that file:
