style(instances): the Clone tab's MAC buttons sit beside the address

Browse source 
Random and Guess join the MAC field as one input group, the Clone tab's
secondary buttons are outlined like the other tabs', and the NIC and disk
lines read as plain text ("default pool, qcow2") instead of dot-joined
fragments.
