Motivation:

It would be practical to be able to take pictures remotely, while editing items on a desktop computer.
Typing on a smartphone keyboard is tedious, especially if a phone is being used as a camera and we want that phone to be mounted on a tripod.

Acceptance Criteria:

Allow users to enter a special "Picture Taking" mode which syncs to the desktop session and automatically takes pictures when the camera button is pressed in the desktop session.
